Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data NanoBanana 2.1 ("we", "us") collects when you use nanobanana-21.si, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and login information. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your basic profile from that provider.
• Content: the prompts you write, the reference images you upload and the images you generate.
• Billing data: your plan, credit balance and order history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and error logs, used to run and secure the service.

How we use your data

• To provide the service: generating images, keeping your history and managing credits.
• To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse, such as repeated free-credit sign-ups.
• To provide support and send important service messages.
• To understand how the service is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your images to train AI models.

AI processing

To generate an image, your prompt and any reference images are sent to our AI provider (Google's Gemini API, or another provider we use for the Nano Banana 2.1 model). The provider processes them to return the result, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Storage and retention

Uploaded and generated images are stored on our cloud storage so you can view and download them in My Images. Images are not listed in any public gallery, but anyone who has an image's direct link can open it, so share links with care. You can delete images from your history at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. If analytics are enabled, we use them to measure traffic in aggregate.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting and storage, AI image generation, payment processing, email delivery and analytics. They may only use the data to provide their services to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
