Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NanoBanana 2.1 (the "service", "we", "us") at nanobanana-21.si, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

NanoBanana 2.1 lets you generate and edit images with Google's Nano Banana 2.1 model through a web interface. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Nano Banana and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially affects paid features, we will try to give reasonable notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.

Credits and payments

• Generating an image uses credits. The cost per image is shown before you generate.
• Free credits given to new accounts have no cash value and may expire.
• Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits from a subscription are added each billing period and unused credits expire at the end of that period.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits are valid for 12 months.
• If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Because credits are delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload or share content that:

• is illegal, or depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation of minors;
• harasses, threatens or defames others, or impersonates a real person in a misleading way;
• shows real, identifiable people in sexual, violent or humiliating situations, or is used for non-consensual deepfakes;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights of others;
• spreads deceptive content intended to mislead, such as fake news or fraudulent documents;
• violates Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

You also agree not to abuse the service, for example by automating requests, reselling access, creating multiple accounts to collect free credits, or attempting to bypass safety filters. We may block requests, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights you hold in the images and text you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process that content only to provide the service to you.

Subject to these terms and to the rights of others, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output can be similar to content created for other users, and generated images may not be protected by copyright in every country. You are responsible for checking that your use of an image is lawful.

Third-party services

Image generation is performed by third-party AI providers (such as Google's Gemini API). Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your use of the service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is terminated for a violation.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
